Triple jeopardy

The expression triple jeopardy was originally used to describe the additional risks of discrimination elderly black women faced due to their age ,race and gender. The new triple jeopardy describes the additional barriers young Muslim women are experiencing in the work place due to their religion, gender and race. Many well qualified second generation professionals said job offers and promotions only materialised after they removed their hijabs! The report makes recommendations for removing these additional barriers
