On 26 February 2015, Skills for Care and the HSCIC’s Developing Informatics Skills and Capability (DISC) team co-hosted a national conference to share how the collection, collation, analysis and meaningful presentation and sharing of information can transform social care. This free event, held at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills in London, set out future plans and developments in social care informatics strategy and policy from policy leaders.
