The Health and Wellbeing Board priorities map on the LGA's website has recently been refreshed. We have reviewed local health and wellbeing summaries and updated links and categories. Four new categories have been added - carers, domestic violence, housing and health, and social isolation - to pick up some further themes identified in the strategies. The map also provides links to Public Health England's Health Profiles 2015 pdf reports for each authority.
This map is designed to support health and wellbeing boards and provide a practical tool that stimulates collaboration. Themes and summaries have been developed drawing on the headline priorities identified in the latest Public Health England Health Profile summary for each area.
