This Safeguarding Adults Return Comparator Dashboard from the HSCIC analyses data from the Safeguarding Adults Return (SAR). Comparator groups are a selection of 15 councils considered to be similar to the chosen council. They are selected according to the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Nearest Neighbour Model, which identifies similarities between councils based on a range of socio-economic indicators.
