What happened to Slivers of Time?

Back in the early noughties CLG funded the startup of a company called Slivers of Time.  The company created digital platforms for bringing together employers who needed casual workers and members of the public who had small irregular amounts of time they could be available.  It started out as a way of helping organisations that needed temporary volunteers to find the right person for their "sliver of time."  The system was rolled out across many local authorities, NHS trusts and, increasingly, private sector employers.  It was a brilliant invention!

I recently mentioned it to a professional colleague who I thought might have a need for something like this but, when I searched for Slivers of Time, I found that the company no longer existed.  It appeared to have been acquired in 2013 by a temporary staff agency called Brookfield Rose.  It seems they were also subsequently acquired!

This all set me wondering what had happended to all the users - the large local authorities etc.  Does anyone have any information about this?  Does Slivers of Time live on under a different name?
