Winchester City Council is inviting community groups and parish councils to submit bids for funding through the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) scheme between Sunday 1 January and Friday 31 March 2023. Bids of between £10,000 and £200,000 can be made to wholly or partly fund projects that will bring benefit to local communities. Each year since 2019, we've set aside a proportion of the CIL to support community-led infrastructure projects, with 38 community projects in the district funded through the levy so far.
