Partner Feature: Phoenix launches new High Court Enforcement service

Phoenix has been working with local authorities since 1999, providing enforcement agency services for debt collection including council tax, business rates, commercial rent and unpaid PCNs. They are now launching a new service to add to their collections portfolio, Phoenix High Court Enforcement.

Phoenix made the following announcement:

With our awarding winning customer service, gold standard for Investors in People and a nationwide team of experienced Enforcement Agents, it has been a natural progression for the group to expand in to High Court enforcement.

Paul Caddy, Managing Director and Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer (AHCEO) has brought together an experienced High Court team, headed up by Nicola Harrington-Carter as Director of High Court Services.

Nicola, a former Director at The Sheriffs Office, brings with her Melissa Church as Marketing Manager and Sharon Robinson as Operations Manager. With their knowledge and the existing experience within the Group, the team brings in excess of 50 years High Court experience and many more years within the enforcement industry.

Paul says, “We’re launching this new service based on a wealth of feedback from clients who’ve used High Court Enforcement.  We’ve developed a fresh way of exceeding clients’ expectations through transparent and detailed communications, state of the art statistical feedback and, together with our group values including efficient and ethical enforcement we believe we will maximise clients’ collections through better debtor engagement.”
