Counting farmhouses and houses for agricultural workers
Enthusiast Posts: 70 Join Date: 15/05/12 Recent PostsThis may be a stupid question and I cannot find the answer online. Am I correct for thinking we do not count farmhouses and houses for agricultural workers as C3 dwellinghouses? I cannot find anything on the latest Housing Flows Reconciliation (HFR) guidance notes. Thanks.

And worth remembering that if there are only very few, which you'd expect I guess even in rural boroughs, then whether they are in or out really is not going to change total figures markedly. Common sense should prevail!
