I have a query from a architect that has a client that wants to build some holiday lets and a B&B. Are these CIL liable? My gut reaction is no but the stuff I was looking at was a change of use from a dwelling to a holiday let with a zero offset.
I am thinking that holiday lets and B&Bs are commercial therefore not CIL liable? Any thoughts?
