Pushing the Frontiers of Project Data Science and Analytics: An interactive workshop.

The London Project Data Analytics Meetup is delighted to announce an interactive workshop with James Lea. He will be building on a similar
event that he delivered for the Association for Project Management a few months ago, that received rave reviews. Within this talk James will
engage the audience to explore how we may be able to test the boundaries of data science within a project delivery context. In this
interactive workshop James will show through real-life case studies how a creative yet rigorous approach to data can be used to restore control and
build delivery confidence, while also lifting team performance. Along the way he will explore how good project design provides the foundations for
applied AI techniques (including predictive analytics and machine learning).
