Using Wellbeing Evidence in Local Authorities, and Community Planning

Events - Public

Starting 19 Sep 2018 - 10:30 through to 19 Sep 2018 - 15:00

This one day workshop focuses on how local authorities use evidence on wellbeing. It is a What Works Wellbeing and Carnegie UK Trust event, which is to learn about your needs, with regard to wellbeing evidence, and how the What Works Centre for Wellbeing and the wider What Works Network can support you.

This event will present the findings from case studies in Fife, Hertfordshire, South Norfolk and Brighton & Hove, which looked at how these Local Authorities use evidence on wellbeing in their decision making. This will be followed by a discussion on the findings, how they relate your authority’s experience, and what support Local Authorities need to increase their use of wellbeing evidence, particularly in Community planning.

To register for the event or to find out more, please contact Pippa Coutts - pippa@carnegieuk.org

We do have a small budget available to cover a percentage of your travel costs.
