Almost twenty years on from the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry Report, the under-reporting of hate crime continues to remain a problem across England and Wales.

This free seminar will examine what makes a good hate crime reporting service and introduces the first 'third-party reporting centre (TPRC) assessment tool'.  Speakers will discuss the tool, which has been designed with practitioners to drive badly needed improvements in effectiveness and productivity for hate crime reporting centres.  They will also share how it can assist Police and Crime Commissioners, local authorities and the police in their commissioning, management and strategic co-ordination of these types of resources.
