The improvement service has carried out research which considers how the way in which advice services are accessed and the model by which face to face services are delivered can improve outcomes for service users. In advance of the report’s publication this webinar will highlight the key findings to date and will offer others the opportunity to contribute by commenting or sharing good practice.
