The political, social and economic environment within which our projects are being delivered is increasingly uncertain.  How can assurance respond to meet these challenges and continue to provide confidence to key stakeholders?  And what about changing standards and expectations?  How does Assurance keep up to date and adapt?

The APM Assurance SIG conference 2018 will answer these questions, and more. For example, what are the practical implications of uncertain times for assurance design and implementation? How do we know that our assurance activities remain both effective and efficient? How do we ensure that we are delivering assurance against current legal and regulatory expectations when these are changing constantly?

The conference will draw on the personal insights of leading practitioners who face these challenges on a daily basis, through a series of presentations, case studies and workshops.  Presenters will share their successes, and what lessons they learnt when things did not work out as expected.
