ESCAPE-pain is a rehabilitation programme for people with chronic joint pain that integrates simple education, self-management, and coping strategies with an exercise regime which is individualised for each participant. The programme is now being delivered in over 95 sites across the UK ranging from physiotherapy departments to gyms, leisure centres and community halls.

The 2018 conference, entitled 'Innovating, Collaborating, Motivating' is aimed both at organisations with an interest in commissioning or implementing ESCAPE-pain, and those who are already committed to the Programme. Delegates will learn about current ESCAPE-pain delivery models in the health and leisure sectors and also how the programme supports delivery against the national agenda to increase physical activity in older adults.​
