At this uniquely challenging time, the KIN Team have worked together to curate our thoughts and experience on virtual working.

About this Event

The Knowledge and Innovation Network (KIN) at Warwick Business School over the last 19 years has been influential to the way knowledge and innovation has been established across a number of organisation in the UK and beyond.

In this webinar, we will be focusing on the more human side of this, opening up findings and discussion on how to lead virtual teams, how to collaborate and how to be an effective virtual team member.

We welcome the widest community to join in, anyone who has been impacted and is now working in isolation or at home; anyone responsible for leading a team or working as part of a team.

Key Learning Outcomes

We aim to make this a sharing opportunity, to come together, to listen to findings from KIN members in the past and to share your current insights.

The aim is not to focus on the technology, there are many people sharing help on platforms. The aim is to focus on behaviours that are supportive.
