Creating Collaborative Webinars

A showcase of different activities to help engage your audience during a webinar

About this Event

Are you feeling a bit ‘zoomed out’?

Fed up with attending or running webinars where it feels like no-one is listening?

We understand – and would like to share a few things we’ve learned that might help you.

Join us to experience different webinar activities in a fun and friendly environment.

Judy PayneMichael Norton and Nancy Kinder share their experience on the following:

Understand the before, during and after of webinars

  • Before: designing, planning, promoting and getting bookings, styles, roles
  • During: activities and use of webinar tools (also styles and roles)
  • After: feedback, next steps, how to continue the conversation.

And make sure you leave the webinar with the following:

  • Clear steps on how to create a collaborative webinar
  • Experience of the different webinar activities.
  • Confidence to try a few things yourself.

The Knowledge and Community Network (KCN) is working with the Knowledge Hub to run regular events for those interested in or are working in knowledge and community management.

After the 11 great webinars and six buzzing meet ups, we are keen to continue the connections particular at the moment.

Format: will include a live presentation, audience polls, chat discussions and then a chance to ask a few questions.

Tickets: this is a free event. Please register as spaces are limited.

Webinar: once you have booked a place, you will be sent an email confirmation with the Zoom dial in details and again just before the webinar. Its best to download the zoom app and join from there.

Audience: this is relevant for any knowledge or community manager, who wants some tips to easily apply. It will be very relevant for all knowledge leaders, knowledge workers, community managers, those working in internal employee communities and internal communications.
