restrict the sale of alcohol in all or part of their areas
• Exemptions and reductions – considering the categories of premises where
exemptions and reductions under both measures might apply
• Local and business-led initiatives – exploring schemes as possible alternatives or
complements to EMROs or the levy
• Impacts and benefits – reviewing the consultation-stage Impact Assessment (IA)
report
