Our summer school is scheduled for 17th-19th July and delegates may choose to attend one, two or all three dates.

The Programme

Day 1: Approved establishments: will provide delegates with an overview of the relevant legislation and guidance on the identification and approval of establishments. The course will include a review of the recently updated FSA guidance.

Day 2: Remedial Action Notices: Delegates will be provided with guidance on the appropriate use and drafting of RANs.

Day 3: Enforcement Consistency: A practical workshop which will explore the appropriate courses of enforcement action in a number of scenarios including where non-conformance with the FSA guidance on the control of cross contamination from E.coli O157 is found.
