In this free to attend seminar Alan will discuss the DWP Work Programme which is the biggest payment by results programme introduced in the UK. Over the life of its contracts over 3 million people will receive back to work support through the Programme, with providers paid on results and given the freedom and flexibility to innovate.

The Work Programme contains many innovative features including differential pricing geared to those furthest from work, funding through the recycling of benefit savings and the Merlin Standard for supply chain excellence.

Alan will share how the design of the Work Programme, and the Employment Related Support Services Framework underpinning it, has opened the door to other commissioners to enable them to join services with the Programme to maximise shared outcomes and value for money.
