In this free to attend seminar, the Minister of State for Policing and Criminal Justice will share his vision of how the new Police and Crime Commissioners will operate, from the PCC's first steps after their initiation in November and their plans for ensuring effective partnership working, right through to the outcomes they envisage achieving by the end of their four year term.
