Who should attend?

This course has been designed to update food enforcement officers with respect to the new Food Information Regulation. It will be of benefit to Trading Standards Officers and Environmental Health Officers whose work involves food standards inspections.

About the Programme

The course will be delivered by Dr Andy Bowles and will aim to help delegates appreciate the proposed changes to the labelling of both pre-packed and non-prepacked foods. There will be a detailed review of the structure and content of the Regulations and a review of the enforcement options including an Improvement Notice drafting exercise.

The Cost

The cost of £95 + vat per delegate includes lunch, refreshments, delegate notes and a certificate of attendance.
