This event is free but is only open to councillors and officers from English local authorities and fire and rescue services.

This day is a hands on day so please bring a Wi-Fi enabled laptop with you, if you are coming with a colleague feel free to share. Tablets/iPads are currently not supported.

Attendees need to registered LG inform/LG Inform Plus in advance of the session and come armed with their email address user names and passwords. http://lginform.local.gov.uk

IMPORTANT NOTE: A fee of £100 will be charged to the booking organisation per person in the event that cancellations are received within 7 days of the event and places cannot be filled and in the case where attendees as booked do not turn up on the day of the event. Cancellations will only be considered in email. No telephoned or verbal cancellation will be accepted and will be treated as a "no show" with penalties.
