Innovating Works

Events - Public

Starting 17 Mar 2015 - 16:30 through to 17 Mar 2015 - 18:30

Workplace innovation is about getting the best from an organisation’s key resources (people, processes, and relationships) to deliver on organisational objectives and improve the quality of work for employees – creating better workplace and better work. It enables new ideas to be generated from within the organisation through high levels of collaboration that generate alternatives to ‘business as usual’.

This

Innovating Works… event will showcase examples of good practice and successful workplace innovation, as well as the challenges workplaces face in becoming and staying innovative. Drawing on case studies in Scottish SMEs, we will focus on learning practical lessons from ‘what works’ in creating more innovative, fair and productive workplaces that deliver value to all stakeholders.
