This is a lively and interactive course where delegates will learn about their role in building and managing a successful online group that will deliver results for their team, project or organisation. This session also includes practical, hands-on experience in using the Knowledge Hub collaboration platform.

The course will cover the following:
  • the concept of an online group and its lifespan
  • the roles and responsibilities within a group
  • techniques that support the successful running of a group
  • how to identify the benefits for key stakeholders
  • a community management plan to engage members
  • the importance of measuring the success and impact of a group
  • a demonstration and hands on experience of using the Knowledge Hub
Duration: 6 hours
Time: 10.00 – 4.00pm
Delegates: usually 6-12
Delegate cost: £300 per person (includes lunch and workbook to take away)
 
Who should attend?
Anyone interested in facilitating a group on the Knowledge Hub.
Current group facilitators. It is recommended that you attend this course with members of your team.
