Join us in this highly participatory workshop sponsored by Workforce Scotland to consider how we can best notice and illustrate the contribution that organisational development is having on outcomes for public services and people who use them.

The workshop will draw from peer examples, contemporary approaches and will provide plenty of opportunity to cultivate your own practice. At the end of the session you will have been able to:
