The Webinar will give an insight into East Renfrewshire Council’s innovative approach to implementing and sustaining a Programme of Change that could be delivered within its workforce. 

We will share how we worked with the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) to design and launch an innovative Professional Development Award in Project Management, where participants are mentored through change projects with the potential to gain an SQA and CMI accredited HND, SQCF level 8 qualification at the end the process. 

We will also share how we developed the East Renfrewshire Council Yellow Belt for the Future Award – an in-house accredited qualification for doing Service Reviews. 

We will tell you the role of the Programme Management Office (PMO) in supporting these qualifications along with the set up and delivery requirements.
