Pre-requisites
 
This course will be of benefit to Trading Standards Officers and Environmental Health Officers whose work involves food standards inspections. No prior knowledge of these Regulations is required prior to attending.
 
Aims
 
This course will provide delegates with an overview of the main provisions of the Food Information Regulations
 
Objectives
 
This course will:
  • Review the main requirements of Regulation EU 1169/2011
  • Review the Food Information Regulations 2014
  • Discuss relevant enforcement issues
  • Provide an opportunity to apply these requirements to foods
