What is 101? It means "introductory something". The allusion is to a college course with the course code 101, which in some education systems indicates an introductory course, often with no prerequisites.

This event will aim to address the disconnect between more than 60% of organisations having a maturity level of 2 or 3, but not having the ability to address Lessons Learned effectively.

PMO SIG believe that Lessons Learned is key for the success of any PMO and whilst not insignificant; a 'must have' for the PMO to be seen to be embedding (and living by) a culture of continuous improvement.

We want to support you in embedding Lessons Learned effectively and believe that the output from the event in London, combined with the event in Manchester will provide us with an opportunity to get some real insight, feedback, and real-life ideas on how to resolve this reoccurring problem.

During this interactive evening session, delegates will get the opportunity to update their understanding of Lessons Learned from Ken Burrell who has worked to obtain more detailed information on this topic by asking people in the industry to give their views.
