The PMO Flashmob are back in Edinburgh and they’re back with a popular theme – The Agile PMO.

In this session we will be exploring:

• What Agile means to PMO practitioners and the organisations they work in
• What kind of Agile are we talking about?
• What Agile approaches and techniques work well?
• How and what you, the PMO can do to support Agile in your organisation.

The evening will take the form of lecture and interactive session. Afterwards, in true PMO Flashmob style, we make our way to a local hostelry to carry on the conversation.

In this evening’s session we’re delighted to have Jude Paterson with us. Jude was previously a project and programme manager before starting her own business in project management training. She is currently an AgilePM trainer herself.
