This course will be of benefit to Food Officers who have responsibility for delivering Food Hygiene Official Controls. Officers should have an understanding of Regulation (EC) 853/2004.  
 
Aims
 
To provide delegates with guidance on the identification, enforcement and audit of approved establishments. 
 
Objectives
 
This course will seek to:
 
•    Provide delegates with the confidence and skills to assess establishments for approval. 
•    Review the application and approval process.
•    Discuss the approach to conditional approval.
•    Consider practical audit and enforcement in approved establishments.
