Increasingly, organisations are recognising the value of encouraging a diverse workforce. A Forbes study in 2011 identified workforce diversity and inclusion as a key driver of internal innovation and business growth.

For the first time, the Association for Project Management in conjunction with PwC is proud to promote an evening of idea exchange and networking for those interested, and/or involved in diversity in the workplace. This forms just part of a diversity initiative within the APM.

Speakers from diverse organisations APM, Amnesty, Corillion, PwC, Stonewall, and TfL will share their diversity stories and experiences with attendees, and will welcome both feedback and discussion.

Following this series of short presentations and discussions, there will be a networking session fuelled by a buffet. Attendees can seek information both from speakers and other attendees, as well as both share and give experiences and ideas.
