In this free seminar Ian will explain how National Citizen Service (NCS) has been set up to improve social engagement, social cohesion and enable better social mobility for young people. He will offer an overview of how the organisation is investing in 15-17yr olds to build confidence, develop skills for life & work and to serve local communities and also explore how NCS are preparing to re-commission services to transition to a more dynamic, responsive eco-system designed to engage the whole network to continuously learn and improve.

This event will be held at NCS Head Office to give delegates a flavour of the NCS ethos and culture.
