Reviews are - or should be - exercises in identifying those things which may hinder the successful delivery of a project or programme and then making recommendations to address them.

This event will assess the most common challenges in project and programme management and will discuss and develop solutions to these problems. This assessment will be based on a selection of various case studies, including from public and from private sector projects.

The aim of this presentation is to enable attendees to review their own project or programme and increase its chances of successful delivery, using the lessons learned from the talk.
