ODI Hampshire: Statistical Data Publishing workshop

Events - Public

Starting 27 Sep 2017 - 09:30 through to 27 Sep 2017 - 13:00

ODI Hampshire will be holding a free half day workshop with data publishers to discuss and document the tools people currently use for different elements of data publishing, what they use, and for what purpose. This will include:

  • documenting specific unmet needs, or ‘pain points’, that make publishing data slower, more tedious, and/or more costly

  • identifying practical ways in which these issues can start to be addressed, and

  • proposing a set of concrete ‘next steps’

This informative half-day workshop is not one to be missed.

It is particularly suitable for:

  • people who work in organisations that publish data.

  • people who work for companies which provide data publishing tools.

The workshop will be held between 09.30am and 1.00pm with a lunch provided afterwards as an opportunity to informally discuss the workshop and to network.

Mark Braggins from the Southern Policy Centre / ODI Hampshire will lead the workshop.

We will be taking notes throughout, and Drawnalism will be on-hand to help document proceedings in their unique visual manner.

We look forward to seeing you there. Please feel free to contact
