This full day conference brings experts and partners from across the 2seas partners together. The agenda for the day is below.
This conference is open to all those that have an interest in improving the health and wellbeing of adults 45s and over.
The conference will be presented in a hybrid style, participants having the choice of accessing the conference remotely via live streaming or through physical attendance at the venue
