In a previous role as Assistant Director Strategic Developments, Natascha was the driving force behind a multi-billion pound modern sustainable transformation agenda aimed at making Portsmouth Britain's premier waterfront technology and innovation city by creating 16,000 new homes and 6,000 new jobs.

Now as Head of Regeneration at Gleeds, she is a regular speaker for The Mindful Regenerist and was recently named in National Federation of Builders’ Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction showcasing her ground-breaking approach to regeneration futurism with a sharp focus on sustainability and well-being.
