A short update from Social Security Scotland on devolved benefits and chance to share experiences on promoting this kind of support.

Social Security Scotland will start administering its 13 benefits this month and the timetable for the introduction of the remaining devolved benefits has just been announced. Find out about the current landscape and what the future holds.

Kirsten Sweeney, Strategic Communications and Marketing Lead for Social Security Scotland will also share the lessons they have learned about promoting benefits and some practical hints and tips to take home.

You’ll have an opportunity to put your questions to her during this event as well as the chance to network with other event participants.

Kirsten would also love to get feedback from others experience promoting benefits and to hear your suggestions on what more they can do to get the word out about this support.
