This event will introduce the theory of project value management (VM) and illustrate it with examples and case studies. David Worsley will explain the underlying principles of value management and, will illustrate how VM has been usefully applied to specific case.

David will explain how some differences in the application of VM between different industries exemplifies how VM is a varied toolkit that requires flexibility in its application.
