Demystifing Legal Project Management

Events - Public

Starting 04 Jul 2023 - 18:00 through to 04 Jul 2023 - 21:00

In this session, Dee Tamlin, Director of Legal Project Management at global law firm White & Case will demystify Legal Project Management and discuss whether Agile Project Management is agile in legal operations. For those of you who are Agile Practitioners or for those of you who want to hear more about Legal Project Management and delivery of legal services, Dee will provide an interesting twist on what being iterative outside of software development means. Also, how to deliver success on complex multi-jurisdictional projects.

A legal case study will be examined together with “Understanding Agile in Project Management”, research carried out by APM and Dr Nicholas Dacre. Through a process of iteration, we will then decide whether complex projects can be iterative and whether the Agile Manifesto stays or goes.

This session is open to all whether you are a practicing project manager or wanting to find out more.
