Capgemini in partnership with the Association of Project Management would like to invite members to an open table event in Manchester on 28th June.

During this event, APM members of all experience levels are encouraged to collaborate in an open table format to identify if a consensus can be found in answering the topic question of this event. The target outcome will be to develop thought leadership, which will be jointly published and shared with the wider programme management community.

The key question will be: How can project/change professionals (and associated professional bodies) improve engagement at earlier stages of the transformation lifecycle to create and maximise strategic outcomes and societal value?

The event will be held at Huckletree within the The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats St, Manchester M4 5AD.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive from 17:30 where a welcome reception and networking opportunity will be held until 18:30. Refreshments will be provided.

From 18:30-18:45 we will hear from our two guest speakers Claire Melbourne and Mark Roberts who will introduce the scope of the session and outline the target outcomes.

The primary open table activity will take place from 18:45-19:40. During this time attendees will be organised into groups with each attendee undertaking a specific persona commonly found within programme management. During the activity each group will work through a range of topic questions for discussion with the goal of capturing the views from their respective persona’s. Each group will be assigned a facilitator and scribe to help drive the conversation and capture key outputs. Time will be allocated to review outputs with the wider group.

The event wrap up will take place from 19:40-20:00 and will cover how the outputs of the event will be implemented and any other next steps.
