This session will explore the role of sustainability centred construction, and its long-term benefit both to building owners, and to those that occupy them.

This webinar will provide an opportunity to better understand the tangible benefits of incorporating sustainability principles and practices within the built environment.

We will be joined by Maria Alex Cardona, from the GBCI, Latin America (gbci.org), and Francesca Mayer, from the GBC, Peru (gbcpe.org), to explore the role of sustainability, in providing greater commercial benefit to building owners and developers, both in terms of immediate cost efficiencies, but also in the long term maintenance and operation of their estate.

Finally, this session will provide an opportunity for attendees to post their questions to topic experts, to better understand how a sustainability focused approach can provide long term benefits to both the commercial and public sector-built environment.
