• What opportunities can you take to put actions in place from the meeting/partnership?

The Age Friendly Partnership Terms of Reference encourages members to develop and put in place actions in relation to identified themes and priorities, working individually, as an organisation, and collectively.

Therefore please take some time before the meeting to consider how 'digital' affects your work, what best practice or barriers can you share, and any suggestions for actions.
