The Association for Project Management People SIG Leadership Focus Group have developed a piece of work on the importance of autonomy in project leadership and are engaging with local APM branches to explore the benefits that can be delivered from building on the Autonomy in project management work.

This event is the first of a series of branch  events facilitated by the Leadership Focus Group continuing the exploration of the essential values needed within leadership to maximise outcomes in project management. The speaker will run through the “Leadership in Project  Management – Owning Your Autonomy” slide deck and engage with the audience to explore and develop material to further benefit you and the project management community. Join us and be part of a piece of work that has already been described as “a positive and noble piece of work” by a general in the British armed forces.
