Accelerating Black Inclusion II will examine the strides made since our previous event of the same name, held in 2022.

In commemoration of Black History month we will discuss the challenges faced by black professionals and explore effective strategies to accelerate inclusion across various sectors. Bringing together thought leaders, industry experts and influencers, our panel will share insights, and develop actionable plans outlining how we can intensify our efforts to create a professional landscape that delivers Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) in the project profession. 

In it’s second year, Accelerating Black Inclusion, will explore how inequalities in the field can be tackled head on, recognising the diversity challenges yet to be resolved. This event seeks to identify concrete steps to improve recruitment, retention and progression in the workforce. We will explore the Inclusive Employers Toolkit’s (IET) recommendations around commitment, engagement, recruitment, retention and progression, as well as the approach with suppliers.
