In this session, Anisa Koci, Principal Port Project Manager at Portsmouth International Port will share her journey as a Civil Engineer and the Port principal project manager to become a successful PM in the construction industry.

The presentation will be around her  journey at Portsmouth International Port, the challenges facing for each project. The overall experience of working in challenging environment from the operational side (the port is operational 24/7) and the weather challenges on construction works during winter window.

Anisa will speak about the current project  current project, Shore Power installation, the green initiatives at the port into becoming net zero by 2030 and the future projects highlighted on the port Masterplan.

The event will discuss the best tools to deliver the projects during all the project phases from Initiation Stage to the Concept, Definition, Development, Handover and Closure and, where appropriate, Benefits Realisation and how it is to deliver complicated schemes in a port environment.
