Wellbeing for Money Guiders - Stress management and resilience

By the end of the session, participants should:

  • Understand various types of wellbeing and why workplace wellbeing matters
  • Understand different models of wellbeing and stress management and how to apply them to working life
  • Feel confident in identifying personal signs and symptoms of stress and overwhelm
  • Have a range of strategies to address workplace wellbeing issues such as feeling stressed or overwhelmed
