'Strengths-based' approaches are being widely embedded in public services as a way to offer more holistic, person-centred and collaborative support, particularly in long-term support services. But how much suibstance is there behind this movement?

In this free online seminar the speakers will draw on their deep experience of researching and leading strengths-based organisations to outline a vision for strengths-based approaches being embedded both strategically and practically across a wide range of public services.

Chris and Alex will then present their model for the strengths-based organisation and the strengths-based area, the practicalities of pursuing strengths-based working in under-pressure services, and ways to evidence and measure this sometimes elusive change.
