What is the aim of the event?

To increase understanding and share learning of how to outcomes for people with respiratory conditions using value based healthcare

Who should attend?

Clinicians, commissioners, healthcare public health practitioners engaged in population health.

Objectives

• To  increase understanding of opportunities to improve outcomes for people living with respiratory conditions
• To be aware of what others are proposing to change and what has worked or not worked.
• To develop an understanding of how the use of logic modelling can facilitate clinical engagement to develop sustainable programmes of change with clear evaluation measures in respiratory condition
• To create an opportunity for people with a common interest improving the care and support for people living with respiratory conditions to connect, share and support each other..
