Phoenix issued the following announcment;
We are delighted to announce that we were presented with “The Exceptional Customer Service Award” at the 2016 British Parking Awards. The awards ceremony was held at The Lancaster Hotel, Lancaster Gate, London, on Friday 4th March 2016 and it is now in its 14th year and regarded as the leading showcase for innovation, excellence and achievement in the UK parking industry.
The event was hosted by TV personality, Hal Cruttenden and The Exceptional Customer Service Award category had over twenty entries with a shortlist of five including two local authorities.
Customer Service and Performance Delivery Director, Carole Kenney comments: “We are delighted to be winners of this award category which demonstrates the level of importance that Phoenix places on delivering exceptional levels of customer care and service.
